We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the room, the extensive hotel facilities, easy access to nice restaurants, and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel was conveniently located near the main business districts and transportation options, making it easy for us to explore the city.

Comfy bed, nice bathtub that actually worked. If we come back to this place, we’d stay here again. Loved having the option to swim in a pool 🏊‍♂️.

Wuhan is worth weekend, Yuejiazui subway station is 5 minutes walk for better exploring. We greatly enjoyed renaissance wuhan. Location, easy walk to all attractions

The front staff are helpful and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-suited for Hubei University visitors. The restaurant and bar offer a good selection of Eastern and Western food. Reception staff communicate in English and provide helpful assistance. The breakfast restaurant supervisor has a great attitude.

Nothing to fault.

I had a great experience at Renaissance Wuhan Hotel. The lobby bar staff was initially mistaken about selling wine by the glass, but they quickly corrected themselves. The wine was delightful, and I asked for a bottle to take a photo of the brand. Despite a confusion in policy, the lobby manager resolved the issue and allowed me to take the photo. The hotel had a beautiful lounge and the location was convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Stayed here for Christmas & had a mixed experience. Liked the complementary cookies & tea offered on arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel is situated in a prime location with easy access to the main attractions. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable.

The staff at the reception desk were quite rude & seemed uninterested in our concerns. The shower in the room was not good as the water was too hot & steamy, making it difficult to breathe.

This hotel was an absolute luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided by this venue were exceptional and exceeded our expectations. the Spa & wellness center was top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and beauty treatments. the restaurant offered special diet menus and in-room breakfast, while the lounge bar served exquisite cocktails in a private and lavish atmosphere, only adding to the pleasure.

The location was a bit remote, and the surrounding area lacked variety. Although the service was impeccable, we did encounter a minor issue with the checkout process, which was slightly delayed due to some technical problems.
